Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Engrowz platform (the "Service"), including our website at https://engrowz.com, mobile interfaces, and developer API, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, resellers, and developers using the Engrowz platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

You must meet the following criteria to use Engrowz:

• ✓You are at least 18 years of age (or 16 with parental consent)
• ✓You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• ✓You are not located in a country under an embargo or sanctions list
• ✓You will provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• ✓You are not a previously banned or suspended Engrowz user

Engrowz provides Social Media Marketing (SMM) services including — but not limited to — followers, likes, views, comments, saves, and engagement boosts across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, and others.

Orders placed are generally non-refundable once processing has begun. See Section 6 (Refund Policy) for specific conditions under which refunds or refills may be granted.

Engrowz offers Bulk SMS and WhatsApp broadcasting services. By utilizing these services, you agree strictly to the following anti-spam and messaging guidelines:

• •You must have explicit consent (opt-in) from recipients before sending them promotional messages.
• •Telecom operators employ automatic firewalls to block fraudulent keywords (e.g., OTP, Bank, BVN) from unregistered sender IDs. Messages rejected by operator policies will not be refunded.
• •Engrowz provides the messaging infrastructure but holds zero liability for the content you send. You are solely responsible for compliance with local telecommunications laws.
• •Any attempt to use our messaging services for phishing, scams, or impersonation will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement.

All transactions on Engrowz are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) through our integrated payment providers (Korapay). By adding funds, you agree to the following:

• •Wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable except in the case of technical errors confirmed by Engrowz.
• •Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn as cash — they can only be used for purchases on the Engrowz platform.
• •We reserve the right to apply a service fee or markup to any service offered on the platform.
• •Fraudulent payment attempts, chargebacks, or disputed transactions will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
• •VTU (airtime, data, electricity, cable TV) purchases are instant and non-refundable once confirmed by the payment provider.

Engrowz offers an affiliate/referral programme that allows users to earn commissions when they refer new customers who make their first deposit.

• •Commission rates are set by Engrowz and may change at any time with or without notice.
• •Referral commissions are credited to your referral balance and can be withdrawn to your main wallet for use on the platform.
• •Self-referrals, fraudulent sign-ups, or abuse of the referral system will result in forfeiture of all commissions and account suspension.
• •Engrowz reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions at its sole discretion if fraud is suspected.

We handle refunds and refills on a case-by-case basis. The following conditions apply:

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the order placement via our support system. Approved refunds are credited back to your Engrowz wallet, not to your bank account.

Engrowz provides a REST API (v2) for developers and resellers. By using the API, you additionally agree to:

• •Keep your API key strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity made using your API key.
• •Not use the API to scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the Engrowz service catalogue for a competing product.
• •Not exceed published rate limits. Repeated limit violations may result in API access revocation.
• •Engrowz may revoke API access at any time without notice if abuse is detected.
• •All orders and transactions made via the API are subject to the same terms as orders placed via the website.

You agree not to use Engrowz for any of the following:

• ✗Ordering services for illegal, violent, hateful, or terrorist content
• ✗Attempting to hack, exploit, or perform SQL injection on our systems
• ✗Creating fake accounts for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• ✗Using bots or automated scripts to abuse the platform or place fraudulent orders
• ✗Money laundering or using the platform to process illegal funds
• ✗Reselling services from Engrowz while misrepresenting their origin in a deceptive manner
• ✗Sharing account credentials with other users
• ✗Engaging in chargebacks as a form of theft or fraud

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of wallet balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

Your use of Engrowz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Engrowz complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and takes reasonable measures to protect your personal data. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your email address may be used to send order confirmations, receipts, platform announcements, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Engrowz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• • Loss of data or social media account standing
• • Damage caused by third-party platform actions (e.g., Instagram account bans)
• • Service interruptions or downtime beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Engrowz in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Engrowz shall be resolved through:

1. Good-faith negotiation between the parties (minimum 30 days)
2. Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
3. Binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria if mediation fails

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Engrowz to the fullest extent permitted by law.
